We had great reservations about this hotel after reading the reviews but we couldn't have been more wrong . On arrival we were all upgraded to the refurbished rooms which were spotless , at no extra charge with a beautiful beach view . We travelled as a group of friends and found that the staff were all very friendly from those on Reception and the Bar and Restaurant nothing was a problem and were very helpful in providing us with information and booking taxis etc .   "Just got back from a week here and there isn't a lot to complain about personally. When we arrived there was a slight hiccup with which room we were staying in but that was not the hotels fault it was a guest wanting to stay an extra night we were put in the room next door. The rooms were always cle..."aned thoroughly and had a lot of space, possible suggestion would be lovely if they had tea or coffee in. Pool area was lovely, quiet possibly due to the month but that was a bonus. Every day the garden and pools were maintained and cleaned and the sun loungers are so comfortable. A little annoying the posh pool didn't have all inclusive drinks at the bar but it was still nice to relax there. The food was lovely. Always found something as there was plenty of choice with different themes and the service was prompt and cleaned your dirty plates as soon as you were finished.
