On settling down in our room we found the wc was not flushing properly.On contacting the staff,they sent someone to fix it.It still did not work corre..."ctly.A further visit to reception and they found us another room (upgraded for free).No further problems were encountered.The room was ideal for a one night stay,very clean,mini bar,large flatscreen tv,etc. Our only gripe,was the price of drinks in the bar,quite expensive. The receptionist on check-in was very friendly and made a point of talking to my daughters who were very excited to be in a hotel. The room was as expected for a Premier Inn. It had been recently refurbished and you needed ..."to insert the room key card into a slot in the wall to turn the lights on - something not seen before in a Premier Inn (we only had been given one keycard though so was a bit tricky when one of us needed to pop to the car!) For a family room it was a bit cramped with a double bed, the sofa-bed out and another single, but was ok for one night. All-in-all a good stay, typical of what you get with Premier Inn. " More >
