Brackenridge is marketed on a par to Margrain but is three times the value and quality. We were fortunate to get a a cheap rate for the night b..."ut this only compounded the difference in quality of the two hotels. We were prepared to book on the full rate. A lovely roaring fire with continuous supply of firewood, a fully equipped kitchen two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and dining and lounge area to accommodate at least 6 people. Personalized service. The breakfast was the same arrangement as Marclair but with the lovely addition of eggs, and a stove to cook on and a sink to clean up with.
