I have literally flown around the globe and I'm not sure I've ever met a more freindly, courteous, helpful and all around pleasurable staff. I could go on and on about them but will concisely say that no matter your question or request they took care of it quickly and courteously. Can't say enough about the staff and hotel as a whole.
