The one drawback was that the washer and dryer area for the second floor were under repair and we had to bounce around between the other two floors to wash our clothes and I felt that $2.00 a load for both washer and dryer was a little spendy...BUT, we spent an evening at the Beach House restaurant next door, relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.   "Fellow travelers: the Grand Hyatt is an amazing resort with endless amenities and everything is truly top notch (service, food, pools, slide, etc). I have zero complaints. But the purpose of my post is to alert people to a service that they don't really advertise too much and it's not to be missed...." They have a Grand Club - which is a hidden away lovely room that puts out various spreads throughout the day. If you have purchased access to this Grand Club, everything in this room is free (well, the alcohol is serve-yourself, on the honor system). We didn't know about this, as it wasn't presented to us. However, at the time we were there (May 2013) they were running a special for Hyatt Gold Passport members (a free membership easily obtained online) where for $65/day, you can access this room. It's free Continental breakfast from 6-10am. And when I say Continental breakfast, this included hot oatmeal, every coffee drink you can imagine and a hot egg dish. (Plus fruit, yogurt, muf...
