Our first contact was with Gwen who answered our email very promptly, politely and professionally with a full itinerary and break down of cost. She was also available on the phone and sent us lots of texts with directions. The refreshing thing about Borderlands is that the price is the price. You won't get sneaky charges which many Sri Lankan companies like to do. Admittedly, it's not the cheapest out there but if you want quality, you have to be prepared to part with a bit extra cash.
