This is a hotel run by a very charming and warm family who are both helpful and fun. I was very impressed that they welcomed families with young childre..."n and also by their willingness to help with ski passes, ski hire, advising on apres ski venues etc etc. The food at night was plentiful of an excellent quality and plenty of choice. The romanian staff were lovely. I will certainly be recommending this hotel to friends. I felt that fiocco di neve was a home from home and I had such a fun week made by marco, matteo and the staff.   "We stayed there one week in the middle of March 2013. We were two couples. It was good time for us and our friends. We liked individual service transfer us to skiing lifts. Thanks all staff for attention. We hope to come back to this cosy place."
