It was certainly VERY difficult to find so after a few very narrow streets we called the hotel and one of the party walked to find it. The service was very good and it is a great place.sadly the restaurant ..."of the hotel. was not open so we were advised to go to one at the bottom of the steps.do not go there it was very expensive and very poor no prices on the menu should have told us but there was nothing else nearby open The breakfast was good and certainly the coffee was great.   "A short walk from the centre, the Mari Carmen offers excellent value and free wi-fi but breakfast is not included. Our room was comfortably furnished and we'd stay here again if we're in the area. Guadix is an interesting old town with the cave dwellings and picturesquely decaying old buildings."
