  "Location is only 10 minutes by car from the tourist spots, but is very quiet. Friendly staff and by far the BEST free breakfast I have ever had. If Justin is cooking, you will have amazingly crisp bacon and hash browns, delightful eggs Florentine along with the more traditional biscuits, waffles, ..."fresh fruit, oatmeal with brown sugar and raisins, etc. His orange cinnamon muffins are unbelievably good. Classy dining area with newspapers, coffee beans to catch the drips on the coffee urns, water hot enough for tea, etc. Rooms are very clean with enough floor space for walking, but probably not enough to sleep more people on the floor. Beds were very comfortable. Shower/toilet was separate from sink so 2 people could easily get ready at once. Front desk offers free DVDs and popcorn. A bookcase across from the elevator upstairs offered paperbacks to swap. An upscale outlet(?) mall is beside the motel and a pueblo style Wal-Mart is down the street but nothing else is in walking d... " More >

  "We stayed 4 nights in a casita suite and enjoyed it thoroughly. Clean, quiet, spacious with great views over the golf course and ponds. As described it's a 15 minute drive to Old Town, but this is part of the charm. After a day of shopping, museum hopping and generally touristy "stuff", we were abl..."e to retreat to our suite for drinks and a light dinner (included). It's also a handy location for day trips to Taos, Bandolier Monument, and some of the Pueblos. The staff were excellent. No complaints at all. From the front desk to the staff at breakfast and dinner, they couldn't do enough for us. Access to Buffalo Thunder Casino was a mixed blessing. Initial winnings evaporated over our stay....oh well.   "We recently stayed in the Taos room at the Pueblo Bonito Bed & Breakfast. We had a late arrival and Strelsa was nice enough to keep an eye for us and show us to our room. The location was excellent. We could walk to downtown Santa Fe in about 10 minutes. It also offered off-street parking. The b..."reakfast was a buffet. There was a wide variety and all of it was very good.The room had a traditional Southwest design complete with a working Kiva fireplace. The bathroom was very small, but clean. There was a kitchenette that was of little use. It had a refrigerator and a sink. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay. " More >
