Although they can't speak very English very well, they tried their best to solved your problems. The room is spacious and clean. We enjoyed so much on the skiing although there are only six slopes. The slopes are wide and smooth. It is very safe and not crowded even in the Chinese New Year, nor queuing up in the lifts. The coach from the ski house is very friendly and patient. He taught us patiently with steps by steps and explained to us how to do well although his English was not very fluent.
