  "We stayed at the sofitel resort & spa for 5 nights... It was amazing to say the least!! Welcomed by singers the second we stepped out of the transfer vehicle, handed a refreshing drink & escorted to the reception. From the minute we got there, we were treated with the upmost respect & courtesy.. All..." the staff were friendly and made the effort to remember our names. We were upgraded to a luxury room & it was really nice. It wasn't the nicest room ever but it was cool, clean & comfy. The pool there is just stunning... It is huge & caters for all ages. The food was good but a little pricey. We had buffet breakfast included and it was sooo amazing so we made sure we filled up on that every morning. I would like to give a special mention to "Ice" who made us feel like friends & (with my husbands help) went to extra efforts to make my birthday special...   "We went to this hotel as a family and we really enjoyed our stay there. They picked us up from the airport and took us straight to reception, where a cool drink was wiating for us. Check in was smooth and really friendly as you would expect in Fiji. Our room was lovely and quite spacious. The rest..."aurants were nice and not rediculously over-priced but there are a number of other large hotels nearby and you can walk along to any of them and eat there, so the choices are really good. It is not a beach holiday but there is plenty to do and the staff throughout the resort are really helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. They helped us book some day tours out to the islands where we went snorkelling, which was great fun and so many fish to see. " More >

  "This was our 1st stay at the Westin, after staying at another resort on 4 occasions. The 12 of us had an amazing family hoiliday. From the time we arrived at the resort till the time you left you were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The pool & surrounds were fantastic, it was a great area for yo..."ung children as well as adults. The attentive staff in this area were outstanding nerver letting you wait for a drink or food. The bakery is a great place for that light lunch as you don't need anything to heavy after breakfast (so much food). The staff could not do enough to help (even running me down to the golf course in a buggy so l could buy a new shirt). ln closing we will not be staying anywere else on our next visit " More >
