Dinner consisted of a first course of delicious chicken/veggie soup, then pork loin stuffed with chaya and cheese and roasted potatoes. Dessert was an excellent apple pie, which could have been improved if it had been warmed up (instead of being served ice cold) and served a la mode. Breakfast was wonderfully refreshing sandia juice, fresh breads, fruit plate, and a choice of assorted egg dishes including omlettes and Mexican eggs.
