Our bus got in from Salvador at 4am, and even though we were initially told they did not do a free transfer at that time, we called the day before and a staff member was kind enough to pick us up at that early hour! The ..."staff continued to be a helpful source - mapping out hikes and making reservations for a spectacular day tour. After we checked out on our last day, they let us keep our bags safely locked in a closet, and we hung out in their comfy hammocks until it was time for our bus back to Salvador.
