  "My spouse and I recently spent a week at the Saint Thomas Residences. At the entrance to the hotel, it shows a five star rating. The location on a bluff overlooking the Black Sea and the buildings, swimming pools, grounds are five star, but the service is four star at best. When we arrived, w..."e saw that we could not drive up to the front door since the exit gate was locked. We parked in the parking lot, lugged our suitcases past the guard station. There were always two or three men there, but they did not offer to help. I actually never saw them help anyone. I actually never saw them do anything but talk and smoke. When we checked in and the representative was telling us about the services, we asked if the television had any English language channels. He said he did not think so.
