I went with my wife hiding from work, so for a fair price I got a bed, a/c, Internet, pool and breakfast included. Our room had what the called a partial view to the beach, but it was more than I expected. I saw other rooms that were with balcony's view to the sea. There is a convenience store a few steps from the Hotel just in case you would like to have some provisions for the night (no vending machines around). Luquillo kiosks just down Rte 3 and offers every lunch / dinning option from local to hamburgers to baby back ribs to kill for. AT&T cell/dat..."a was 4 bars LTE so I had no need for the Inn's WiFi. Property: This Inn has the best staff I have ever seen (I'm on the wrong side of 55, been on over 25 cruises and expect a certain environment) Maria had all the answers and helpful hints you could ask for. Excellent maps and detailed info was provided on the website or by Maria or Mario!! The rest of the staff was most professional and very friendly without intruding. Our room was very clean and all items worked. The view from our balcony (2nd floor) of the beach was perfect (picture attached to show our private parking area).   "We spent a week at Sandy Hills in April 2013 and it was a very good experience. The beach outside the condo is beautiful. Yes, somewhat treacherous in the water, but just be careful. The condo was well apportioned and everything was clean and in working order. While we were there, they had to re..."place the water heater, but the property company took care of it timely. The condo is an easy drive to San Juan and other destinations. Be sure to check out the kiosks just down the road. Much has been made about the neighborhood.
