I'm sorry to say I didn't get their names, but this young couple were terrific. In an area which mainly caters for Austrian and German tourists, their English was excellent (we are from Scotland). They were able to assist us with planning our activities and helped with local knowledge, telephone calls, etc. The hotel itself seemed very new. Extremely clean and comfortable. Rooms were well-decorated with great beds! We had a nice balcony with a view over the mountains, which was great. The spa facilities are only open from 1500-1900.
