Our meals were either had in the in kitchen or in the spacious dining room next to the kitchen. The house is surrounded by the most beautiful countryside with classic French villages and towns nearby where you can spend the days soaking up the culture of this region. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets a short drive away. Whilst we were there we had the honour of being visited by the local Charolle cows in the adjacent fields!
