  "El Castell hotel is situated in a small village called Sant Boi. I have to say I was impressed with the location of the hotel. Just like I imagined it to be, beautiful views, narrow streets along side with small cafes and houses. The hotel staff including the Manager were very helpful. Some of the s..."taff could have done with more English but still we managed to communicate. The hotel itself is beautiful and immaculate. The towels and sheets smell very fresh and beds are very comfortable. Shame about the outdoor pool not being open due to the weather but we made it up by going to a pool nearby. We could not have chosen a better place to stay as it gave a villagy feel, perfect for relaxing, yet it was only 30 minutes from Catalunya (main city square) via train and Metro. Sant Boi train station is only 5 -7 minutes walk from the hotel. You can make 10 trips using one single travel card (Zona 1) costing only 10 Euros. My son is living in barcalona and have visited many times in the centre so wanted somewhere different. The hotel is on a steep hill, not good for heels.
