We stayed in the room with double bed and private bathroom, where we woke up to be flabbergasted by the stunning views of a green lush valley! Even whilst showering we could gaze ..."into the valley. The room is basic, but what else do you need with such views? We stayed three nights and enjoyed the relaxing, beautiful location and the welcoming hospitality of Kate & Diego.   "We stayed here in july 2011 with 2 kids, age 2 and 5. We had a triple room for 70.000 cop. The Hostal and especially Monica and Simon are really nice. We made a trip with Simon to the beautiful reserva ecologica rio blanco and to the hotsprings. The hostal has a nice garden to relax and drink a bee..."r. It is a perfect place to explore the coffee region, the NP Los Nevados, to get t..."o know the real Colombia and just to relax listening music and share travel experiences with Kate and Diego. Rooms are basic, clean and with stunning views. The location is really beautiful and the hosts Kate and Diego make it like staying with friends. Manizales is a 15 minute ride with a taxi or you can hop on the 'chivas'. From Manizales you have good connections for onward travelling.
