The food is excellent and we ate all three nights in the restaurant, which again has fantastic views and adjoins a bar with a peat fire and relaxed friendly atmosphere. The staff are great ....... what more can I say except I cannot fault this hotel and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when visiting this beautiful part of Ireland. " More >

  "I'm just getting around to writing reviews from a trip in August 2012. My husband and I stayed at Bayview for one night after driving up from Galway, Ireland while touring the Antrim Coast. Perfect location for a quiet night on the water. We found parking immediately in front of the hotel on the ..."main coastal road, and ate a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant overlooking the bay at night. The room was comfortable but average. We would stay here again if traveling in the area, but I would not recommend it for people looking for nightlife immediately surrounding the hotel. The hotel is on a small bay and there basically one strip of buildings on the bay and not much nightlife, restaurants, or pubs to speak of. Again, great for our 1 night stop-over but not for everyone. " More >

  "Not only is this the best hotel in town, it's the only one! No other pubs or restaurants either, with the possible exception of the Sailing Club nearby. The hotel accommodation was very good and we are fussy people. The room was spacious and clean and the bed linen was crisp and welcoming. The best ..."part was the hotel restaurant - make sure you book, especially if it's weekend and there's a game on TV. We booked a table for peak time on a Saturday night and the restaurant was full - so we expected a long wait and mediocre food. So we were shocked to receive excellent quality steaks within a short space of time. The hotel is situated right on the pretty bay and is a very pleasant quite location. Nearby there's lots do do including Bushmills Distillery, Giants Causeway and the rope bridge just down from there. All in all, a great place to stay! " More >
