  "The welcome was lovely, we were expected, reception knew who we were when we walked in and our room was already allocated. The room was clean, bright and quite large. The bathroom was also large with full size bath, shower, a hair dryer that worked and toiletries. We asked one of the housekeepers f..."or two more pillows and she bought them to our room almost immediately.As we were on half board we visited the Shopping Mall then went to the bar for a drink before dinner. The hotel was very quiet so we had personal attention from the lady in the bar. She then showed us to the dining room, which was equally quiet, and explained where everything was. We opted for the buffet and enjoyed both the choice and the food. The beds were very comfortable and we were only disturbed by other guests coming in late on. The laminate floors don't help with the noise ! Breakfast was reasonable with a good choice of either continental or hot food, bacon and eggs. As we were at the hotel for the racecourse... " More >
