But others did sit in the patio and had chilled champagne before dinner. The food was excellent and the restaurant was full each evening even during the week. The service was gracious and attentive. We were glad we took half board and ate our breakfast and dinners there each day after enjoying visits to the valley's chateaus. I especially liked the "bowls" of coffee served each morning.
