  "Visited hotel Milano 22nd September for six days on a National Holidays holiday. The hotel was spotless and the staff excellent with generally good food. The hotel is a long way from anywhere with a 45minute coach ride from the lake,not good for the nerves.My wife and I enjoyed the hotel, but sadly..." the journey from the Lake was a drag by the end of the week,and had the hotel been closer we would definitely revisit.National gave incredible value for money,the on route hotel was excellent,the included excursions to Como Milan and Majorie were all very good, the first charged excursion was dreadfulll.Thedrivers were generally on time but information was sparse,but overall good value for money,and for a weeks holiday the area is beautifull,and at this price it's worth suffering the hill.   "Over Easter break 2013, I traveled to Italy with 10 high school students and 5 adults. Hotel Milano was the last hotel we stayed in on our trip and we were only there one night, but it was my favorite of all the places we stayed. Most of the rooms were quite large with really nice bathrooms and ver..."y cozy, happy decor. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious and plentiful and served by a very pleasant wait staff. The hotel is family owned and a very nice family it is! They greeted our group with a very warm welcome and treated us like we were very special guests. Seriously, this place is awesome. When I go back to the Lake Como region, I will DEFINITELY stay there again!!! " More >

  "What a nice feeling, t be away from home and still feel at home. This hotel has such a great familial atmosphere. The rooms are a bit small indeed, so are the bathrooms but this is greatly compensated by the great staff that were helpful in every way and the amazing view we have on the mountains. ..." The breakfast is simple but good. The dinner is okay but expensive. I would suggest that you ask Fransesca , the daughter of the owners, to suggest places to eat around. I would come back just to chat with the owners again and to admire the view again. It's always nice to feel that are considered more than just money. " More >
