Kudos to them all for making our trip enjoyable and memorable! One of our party required a gluten free diet. It was accomodated throughout our stay. I loved the three restaurants and did not miss having a buffet. In fact, I preferred it. The meals were delicious. Food was abundant and served in five star style. Try the traditional Cuban dishes. They are delicious. I especially enjoyed the quesadillas on the beach. The beach is beautiful with soft sand and crystal clear water. You can walk for miles.
