  "We were a little nervous after reading some of the reviews prior to booking, nevertheless, it was not a disappointment; glad we chose this one. We (family of four - 2 kids aged 4 and 2) did experience a few small bleeps, but nothing that would prevent us going back. Reception- 1 hour delay to boo..."k in and greeted by some grumpy looking reception staff. After some prompting from us, we were told that there was a computer problem, hence the delay. It would have been nice if people were informed throughout the process AND offered drinks etc whilst we waited. Hotel could consider pre-printing/allocating rooms before guests arrive, so it would be a matter of just handing keys to people and then doing computer work later...it appears to work very well in other hotels we have visited. First impression certainly counts, so some customer service training for staff and review of the "welcome" on offer needs to be addressed.   "We stayed for 1 week, all inclusive in Estival 2. room was fine, fridge in room, flat screen TV, and the bathroom had standard toiletries, hair dryer, bath and shower. Our towels were changed daily and beds made up. The food was nice, a lot of fish though but that suited many of the guests, exc..."ept myself. The choices of food available were good, there was something for everyone, the only downside to meal times, were the lines of people waiting to get in! Dinner was 730pm which is too late when dining with children. The holiday was great value for money (we had free child place), all inclusive was good, however certain cocktails/ drinks came with a supplement, but 1 euro was ok for that, the cocktails were brimming with sugar, too much for me, but they were ok. Wine, Cava all included as well which was great and the wine was quite nice.   "The only downside to the stay was when we arrived, early flight from Bristol, we were told our room was not available until 2pm. Struggling to find clothing and get changed in the toilets was an issue, but soon forgotten.
