Yes, there were a lot of undesirables there on our stay, but until someone does the decent thing & opens a Chav-free resort, unfortunately you will find this anywhere. There are LOADS of them about. & yes, there were a few plastic cups lying about the place (let's take a second to think about how they got there) but the complex is HUGE, & the staff did an amazing job of keeping it clean in general. The water park was superb, you could easily spend your entire day there, which we did several times as a more exciting alternative to the beach. Loads to do for all ages & swimming abilities. Our room was clean and modern and we had a gorgeous sea view. The food was plentiful and hot and there was something for everyone. The staff were exc..."ellent and worked very hard serving drinks very quickly and with a smile. We never struggled for a sun bed and there were plenty of seating areas inside and outside of the hotel. The evening entertainment was very good and the entertainment team worked very hard . We are not ones to join in the activities and i liked the fact that you were asked but not hounded to take part unlike some other hotels. Weather was not great but that is not the hotels fault and the resort is pretty and quiet but you can get buses to fornells and the capital mahon. I would recommend the all inclusive package as it is excellent value. " More >
