  "Completely changed my view of Mobile Home Parks (for the better!)"
  "I didn't really consider Mobile Homes as a likely place to stay (prefer generally either hotels or a real tent and real camping), but Le Walric was a very very pleasant surprise - booked by a friend for a few of us. The reception was very friendly and efficient (despite being very busy), our "chale..."t" was impeccably clean and tidy and very pleasant. The heating was very efficient - we put it on a little as it wasn't particularly warm weather, though we did have a few issues with the gas supply and hot water (but they were very quick and willing to help us). The site is close to St Valery - about 5 mins on a bike so quick to walk also I guess. Would definitely recommend if the hotels are full (which they often are at busy times of the year) or if you need some freedom. We stayed 3 nights and have a 3 year old - she could be free because of no real traffic and nice little playgrounds.   "We booked our stay through the Sun holiday promotion,our accommodation was provided by Keycamps. We found the site quite easily,partly by satnav and partly by seeing the sign at the island as we drove past,lol. The camp is in lovely countryside surrounded by fields. I parked the car and went into ..."reception,the girl there spoke excellent English,she told me I needed to go to Keycamps reception and gave me a map and directions. The guy there checked my details and asked me to follow him as he cycled to show us to our caravan. Our van was quite small but there were just the 2 of us so no problem,it would have been impossible with say a couple of kids in tow though. The van had no tv,just an ipod dock with radio which was of course in French language and we hadnt brought our ipod with us. It had a good cooker, fridge freezer,microwave,nice hot shower and a nice comfortable bed,again though this was quite small.As we had travelled a long way, we were tired and had a shower then went to b...   "Our last visit was June 2011. The weather was hot, the pools were lovely. The site was busy. We have just returned home from a May hol where the weather was inclement at best. Only the indoor pool was open, but served it's purpose. My Granddaughter enjoyed it immensely, as she did the pony riding. T..."here wasn't much else to do and no free wifi as we had been promised. But we thoroughly enjoyed our time with Key Camp. The staff were very helpful and prompt with our requests. There is a new McDonalds next to Intermarche and Lidl with a little play area and wifi when we needed and St Valery, Le Crotoy and Le Treport are lovely little towns nearby. A big Sunday market at St Valery with plenty of fresh food/veg stalls and enough to eat while walking round. Abbeville and Amiens areas worth a visit " More >
