  "Smart hotel in a quiet seaside village"
  "Les Eucalyptus is a very smart hotel in a quiet, sleepy village, hidden from the road in a pleasant garden on an uphill slope which gave us a splendid view of the bay from our bedroom. A plentiful breakfast was served outside on the terrace which was very relaxing and the staff were extremely helpf..."ul. The village is very small with a long sandy beach and a harbour for boats at one end, yet strangely enough while there were few shops the place seemed almost overrun with upmarket hotels and restaurants. However, we were there in September so perhaps the place bustles with tourists in high season. Of mention if you prefer a simple life is a small bar which provided down to earth wholesome meals at everyday prices, where all the locals seemed to go - Chez Bebe if I remember correctly (turn left as you leave hotel and shortly after the last glitzy beach bar you will find it on your left). Apparently the owner has not taken their criticism to heart because the sultry waitres is still sultry and aloof and the owner shouts at people, on the phone, during breakfast. Now, sure mediterean culture being di..."fferent it makes people boisterous and enthousiastic, but where ever you are as a guest, breakfast is a time of peace and quiet, not shouting owners! Speaking of breakfast, the formula they have is a basic breakfast, and then a surcharge for eggs or meats. be that as it may, it should list that clearly on the sites which it does not, but then when you order eggs or an omelet the charge is 4 euro which is announced on a little card. but then i once ordered eggs and bacon, and that made it 8 euros, that is when it goes from being cool to being seriously uncool!
