ripped carpet broken vent open to outside mildew shower dirty washroom The baseboards were pulling away from the wall as was the wallpaper in some areas. This is how we found the shower that constantly dripped. The sink looked as if it would fall if any pressure was placed on the counter. The vent was covered in rust, mold and dust
