The Outer Banks of North Carolina ranks No. 1 in America's top 10 family-friendly beaches, according to a recent survey by TripAdvisor, a free travel guide and research Web site that offers travel reviews. The poll was based on the opinions of 20 million Web site visitors, according to TripAdvisor.
