We ate here on 12/21/09. It is about a 15 minute cab ride fron the Ritz. Cabs are expensive in GCM so getting there and back cost about $60 including tip. The food was good. Pappagallo is the best restaurant in Cayman. The food is outstanding, the service is always professional and the setting is amazing. There is nothing like it on the island. The tapas menu on weekends is fantastic and they have different specials all week. more
