This classic menu is served on Friday and Saturday evenings. Everything from the daily baked breads through to the famous Colleys puddings is crafted by Donald’s longstanding brigade. Bookings are recommended as there is a limit to how many tables are available ‘for the evening’. Classic Colleys 4 course dinner Friday & Saturday – tables at 7.30 p.m.Sunday lunch at Colleys (tables at 12.30pm) sees a return to real roasting with overnight slow-cooked shoulder of Gloucester Old Spot pork, Scottish beef sirloin, duck fat potatoes and serious Yorkshire puddings. Bread & butter pudding or syrup sponge with custard will always remind you of how a family lunch should be – built on flavour, understanding and relaxation.
