We loved the atmosphere at Shirley Heights lookout, we only had drinks and did not eat but were pleasantly surprised at the price of the drinks. We would definitely return and recommend to anybody visiting the island. more
We went on both Sunday night when it was a great party atmosphere. We did not eat and the food looked ok. We went back later in the week during the day to explore further when it was quiet and had a meal in the restaurant which was ok. Great views and if you are there with transport do go... more
You must be thinking... Food 3? Hey, Shirly Heights is THE place to be on a Sunday night. Admittedly, is is almost all tourists, but the place rocks. To start off, you pay a small admission / parking fee to enter the historic location. Think of it as a cover charge or admission price. You'll enter through a small bar... more
go there in the evening when there is a party (ask some locals) . Not for a meal but to celebrate more
Sunday 4-10 is the action for steel band and other local music. Super BBQ at affordable prices. Darn good rum punches that are strong and good liberally dosed with good Grenadian nutmeg. I have been spending Sundays here for 20 years. Get a Romeo and Juliet cigar and enjoy the views. more
