I just returned home from Aruba and Cuba's Cooking was by far and away, the best meal I had during my stay. We ordered the Chicken Pastor and a stuffed pork dish that I have forgotten the name of. The atmosphere and staff were great also. The mojitos were very good too. more

I was impressed that with only five tables seated, three were locals, including the editor of the local "scene" magazine. The live music was too loud. Ate here my first night in Aruba. I order Chicken stuffed with Plaintain. Hubby ordered Chef's Lobster special. He said the lobster was flavorless and a little tough but doable with the sauce that accompanied the meal. My dish was flavorful. We order Mojitos and they were tasty. We were in Aruba for a week and dined out pretty much for every meal. Cuba's Cooking was the best we had, very authentic tasty food with nice ambiance and good music. Everything my wife and I ordered was delicious, highly recommended! more

This restaurant is a long time standing downtown, we were there just once, but we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the music ( an old man and his guitar ). Mojtos are good also if I prefer more rhum. Food is great . A good mix of cuban , latin and local specialityes. Wine list and cocktails are pricerd fairly.... more

On a recent visit to Aruba, we dined at Cuba's Cooking. The location is a little off the beaten path, but a charming piece of the Caribbean.
