Yesterday we went to “The taste of Sjalotte”, to enjoy a 6 course menu @ Floris Suite Hotel.
The high points of my meal was the,
“Rack of Lamb”, with jerk marinated, herb and nut crusted, nesting of sweet potato, island veggies, topped with Charon sauce.
