The best restaurant in Puerto Plata area is at Casa Colonial at Playa Dorado where movie stars from USA hangout . The former chef from there now owns Aleph and it is first rate. I was there last week Jul 8 2009. I have a Villa in Puerto Plata and go there every month or so, so I know all... more
