We were on a Yardie's Countryside Tour and stopped here for lunch. Absolutely delicious and very inexpensive . There were 6 of us and we all agreed it was fabulous! thank God for scotchies! the service is great, employees helpful especially the men who cook the chicken etc. one problem though every time i go they never have roast yam which they usually prepare delicious. i love their boiled corn, festival and jerk chicken. the prices are great too. more

Scotchies is by far my favorite jerk chicken in the country. Like in Boston (JA) they cook the chicken and pork directly on the pimento wood, with zinc on the top. The pork is awesome also. I highly recommend this restaurant, its authentic and the real deal. more

Hired a taxi for the day and he insisted we pass up all the other jerk centres in town and drive out to Scotchies. We sure were glad he did because I can't imagine better jerk pork or chicken.
