This place is in a seedy, run down, eerily scary area to drive through. An old port with narrow streets, run down buildings, mainly boarded up, and at night deserted and unsafe. This should not be a place that tourists are directed to under any conditions. It is not located on the water per se...although it is in the "port"... more

Very slow service; the food was average. Go to Bahias which is very close to this palce or somewhere else. more
