We had an very pleasant evening at Bili. At first glance, the place doesn't appear particularly exciting. But the staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was interesting and extremely good, and the drinks were great. Unquestionably the best meal we had on Vieques. We strongly recommend it. more
Bili is an excellent restaurant right on the Malecon. The chef owner is pleasant and the food is authentic. We had various fish dishes (a rarity on the island, by the way) and all wer excellent, as was dessert. Service was warm and prompt. A great place for a fancier (but not stuck-up) dinner on the island. more
Bilí offers just the best puertorrican cuisine mixed with great service and great drinks. They prepare the "bilí" which is a local drink made from "quenepas" and their "sangría" is also great. We were last March ('08) and just wanted to eat here every night. We are going back again in a few weeks and just can wait to go... more
