Open-air dining, best burger ever, relaxed atmosphere with fun music playing, and a killer view across the street toward the Caribbean and the malecon. This was the perfect first meal in Vieques, and really set the mood! Loved it. more

We were on Vieques May 7-14 and ate and drank at Duffy's often. I love their Cubano Reuben! Right on the Malecon in Esperanza, it is an indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant. Very friendly staff and a mix of locals and tourists. Highly recommended for a tasty lunch! more

Great atmosphere with Jimmy Buffet type music. On the malecon with view of ocean. We had drinks here and a MahiMahi sandwich. The food was excellent and very potent drinks! We could hardly find our way home afterwards! more
