The food was wonderful! The selection included island style taste yet provided me ( a vegetarian) with quite a few choices. Great meal choices all day! Excellent service. more

My husband and I were great fans of Cimboco's "5 for 5 Dolla!" menu and ate breakfast there 4 times during our recent visit to Grand Cayman. The eggs were perfectly done, the bacon well done and crispy, the rosemary potatoes and the thick honey wheat toast with homemade papaya jelly delicious! And I loved the coffee served in the... more

My husband and I just returned from Grand Cayman this morning and we loved this place. Everything is homemade and fresh. The 5 for 5$ breakfast is a steal--the rosemary potatoes are fabulous and the homemade honey wheat bread is just so sweet! We only ate dinner there once, but it was also excellent--we had a fresh Tuna wrap that... more

Cimboco has a special 5 for fives from Monday thru Friday. For five dollars, you get eggs, toast, bacon or sausage, potatoes and coffee. It's a decent breakfast place and the service is pretty good. more

my family eats "gourmet" too much for my budget to allow -- so we were searching for a less expensive option and were very pleased here.... plenty of spice, plenty of diverse itmes and some local falvor. Quick and yummy. more

My husband and I ate one breakfast and one dinner here. The restuarant is located behind the Texaco in a small strip mall a very short walk from the Marriott. It is very nicely decorated with vibrant colors, an open kitchen, and lots of natural light. For breakfast, my husband ordered the breakfast pizza. It was very nicely done, with... more

Great food for the average person not looking for something to fancy. I feel the only down side to this place is the location (strip mall). The food tastes fresh. There is also a very nice wood fire oven... more

Our favorite restaurant on the island. Clean, casual atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, and the food was great while reasonably priced. Local dishes infused with lots of island touches (ginger, mango, jerk, etc.) but not overly spicy. Would return in a minute. more

We went to Cimboco for dinner recently with a dive group and while the meal was fine, it wasn't anything amazing. I think the menu can best be described as Italian with a Caribbean influence. We ordered a few exotic wood-oven style pizzas (i.e. Jerk Chicken and a Curry pizza) that were pretty tasty. The rest of the menu seemed... more

I had higher hopes for this restaurant. Some of the locals recommended it and for certain foods it was fine. My kids enjoyed it and they said the pizza tasted great. So for kids this is probably just fine. I had some very uninspired snapper wrapped in a banana leaf. It was without flavor and totally unmemorable. My wife had... more
