We have been enjoying Bamboo since it first opened many years ago and have seen it undergo management changes, sushi chef, etc. We have always loved it. Went there on the recommendation of the hotel we stayed in with my husband and 5 yr old. The don't take reservations, and we waited a long time. The music was loud, there was a good bar scene, lots of good looking women in very short dresses. Good for people watching. The wait staff was attentive but not enough people... more
