The Post is a fairly new Italian restaurant in the Seven Mile Beach zone on Grand Cayman. Although the pasta was excellent, the bread was overly salty, the tropical fruit on the salad was not ripe, and the service was inattentive and cold. In short, there are far better choices for Italian food in this area (e.g., Edoardos). more

What a find tucked in the back of the West Shore Center shopping plaza. A real sleeper. No waterfront location. No sunsets. What the Post did have was great food for value along with excellent service and charming owners. Chef/owner Ercole Musso prides himself in making everything fresh daily.
