I tried the East End Cafe for the first time this year (2008) and was very pleased. From the decor to the menu and the wine list, this is a very nice restaurant. Italian specialties are the order of the day but there are other choices, I had tuna seared rare over risotto which was wonderful. I am looking forward... more

We were in St Thomas in August of 2007. I am not picky at all about where I eat. I must say that the East End Cafe was the worst experience I have ever had. We were two families dining together. Four adults and four kids ages 12-15. Maybe our bad experience was due to a poor waiter, but everything... more
