I don't know why others have not written more about Toad and Tart. My wife and I go there every time we come into St. Thomas. It is not fancy eating like Havanna Blue or Oceana (which we also love), but Anna the owner and chef makes the most incredible home cooked meals and desserts. Don't be intimidated by the... more

It's very easy to spend your entire St. Thomas vacation doing the tourist thing, inclouding fancy restaurants. Do yourself a favor. At least once, so something completely different.
