My wife and I have been to St. John four times and this is now our favorite restauratn. First the food - 5-courses that were all delicious. The service - the wine pairings were spot-on. We went to Hinds for dinner. The service was excellent. The food was very good, although not the best that we have had on St. John. However, the portions were small and our party left hungry. You shouldn't have to top-off a meal at home after paying the full-fare that Hinds charges. more
