I went to Asolare in June 2009 and had been told of this restaurants reputation for excellent food and views to die for.... My husband & I dined at Asolare on March 3, 2009 and were devastated by the prices. We have dined at Asolare for the last 6 years on our annual visit but never again. We just ate at Asolare 2 nights ago and for the price it wasn't worth it. My wife and I ate at Asolare while we were staying at the bed and breakfast next door, Estate Lindholm. We chose the first seating at 6:00 PM and that turned out to be the correct choice, since we were treated to a simply stunning view of the setting sun. My Husband and I and our children come to St john every year and we LOVE it! This is, by far, our favorite night out.(sometimes 2 nights!)
