We ate at Nubu a couple times during our week stay last month on Paradise Island. We loved this restaurant! Both times we chose the Chef's Choice, and if we had gone a third time..... we would have chosen it again! I can't say that I can remember all that we were served, or in some cases could even identify... more

Went while on vacation to try something new. Food was excellent, but was surprised by some extra charges. Waiter recommended edmame for the table (showed up as $7.50) and water ($10!!). There were a couple of winning dishes, but I was surprised how some of the fish didn't taste fresh and how they seemed to miss the mark on the overall experience (tables crammed too close together, room noise loud, obnoxious patrons). I went here with some friends while vacationing in the Bahamas. The food is pricey but worth it. The fish literally melts in your mouth. Damn, so fresh! more
