We were seated immediately and our drinks served quickly. Looking over the menu we could not decide between the familiar Cuban dishes offered or something more special. Agave has very tasty latin-style dishes -- their description of "Pan-Latin Fusion Cuisine" is pretty accurate, as they have a variety of Mexican, Spanish and South American foods (along with corresponding drinks, of course!).
