We have been going to Acapulco for 22 years. SuCasa was one of our favorite restaurants but we will never go there again. Acapulco is definitely not a dining destination (I'm from Chicago where there are tons of fabulous restaurants) so we usually frequent spots mainly for the ambiance. SuCasa definitely has abiance but nothing more. The food is o.k.... more

I'm a regular traveler to Acapulco and decided to give this place a go last May after hearing everyone rave about it. It was during the H1N1 scare and there were very few tourists anywhere, with Su Casa being no exception. The view and ambience are really lovely, and we had one of the nicest and best waiters I've ever... more

Start with the view! End with Sexy Coffee! Have the margaritas! And you cannot go wrong with ANYTHING on the Menu. They laugh at me; because I love the grilled chicken; but the Mexican menu; the shrimp; the ribs; et al are all terrific and the sides are more interesting than anything you will find at any other restaurant in... more

My husband and I just returned from Acapulco a few weeks back and we visited this beautiful restaurant and were glad we did. This is located in the hillside above the main strip and has a very nice view at night of the city. The food and service were first rate and for a place of this stature I found... more

The waiter told the truth when he stated the margarita's were the best in the world! I am sorry I did not ask how they make them. Service and food quality was very good. The fresh avacado Guacamole was outstanding. You should not miss this place when visiting Acapulco! more

We had a delightful dinner at Su Casa on Friday April 3. The setting was so beautiful, and the view -- reminded me of looking out over Honolulu towards Punchbowl, kind of (which I hadn't expected). We were there through the sunset. Margaritas (on the rocks) were great! Shrimp Patronas appetizer was good. I had the snapper meuniere, my fiance... more

We loved this restaurant. The shrimp a la patrona was very good as a previous reviewer noted. I had the BBQ ribs which were excellent and my wife had the Chicken pasta with lemon herb which was very good. Get there before the sunset to take pictures and see the city. Last but not least, the price was very reasonable!... more

We went to Su Casa and really enjoyed it. The waiter spoke fluent English and was very good at explaining everything on the menu. The Shrimps a la Patrona were an exceptional appetizer-- not too spicy but full of complex flavor. I had the spare ribs which were meaty and tender. My friend had the roasted half-chicken, also superb. The... more

Good: The view is great. Service is good Bad: Can get pricey for the value Have been coming here for 16 years. Usually start out our trip by coming here. Menu items have been the same since the beginning, and so have the waiters. The food is consistently good, but I wonder if it’s worth spending the money for the... more
